KUNDUZ -- Four insurgents, including a commander, were killed recently by their own explosives in Dasht-i-Archi District, Kunduz Province, police said in a November 7 statement, according to TOLO News.
The militants were making land mines that went off prematurely, police said, adding that the commander was involved in many terrorist attacks in the district.
