HERAT -- Internecine Taliban fighting killed eight militants in Herat Province, Pajhwok Afghan News reported Sunday (April 23).
The combat between two feuding groups took place in Shindand District Friday and Saturday (April 21-22), confirmed Jilani Farhad, the provincial governor's spokesman.
