KABUL -- Afghan troops killed seven militants, including two members of the Haqqani Network (HN), in Logar and Zabul provinces, said officials, according to media.
The two HN members were killed in Logar Province, said the National Directorate of Security (NDS) in a statement, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (April 25).
Troops fighting in Khak-e-Afghan District, Zabul Province, killed a Taliban commander and four "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL) members, provincial police chief Col. Ghulam Jilani Farahi told Pajhwok Afghan News Tuesday.
