KABUL -- Forty-one suspected drug traffickers whom Afghan authorities apprehended in the past month included a woman and an Iranian, the Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF) court said Wednesday (May 24), according to Afghanistan Times.
The Counter Narcotics Police detained the suspects in various provinces, said CJTF.
Police recovered various amounts of narcotics, including about 315kg of heroin and 203kg of opium.
