JALALABAD -- Nangarhar Province is expecting growth in olive and orange production this year, Khaama Press reported Sunday (June 4), quoting the provincial Canal Directorate.
Olive production will surpass 1,200 tonnes this year, predicted Ghulam Hazrat Abdul Rahimzai, chief of the directorate.
The directorate has planted 230,000 orange trees this year, he added.
