GARDEZ -- National Directorate of Security (NDS) agents nabbed eight Haqqani Network operatives in Gardez, Paktia Province, the NDS said in a statement, according to a Wednesday (July 12) Khaama Press report.
The detainees allegedly had orders to carry out co-ordinated attacks in Gardez, said the NDS, adding that they have confessed their intentions.
