KABUL -- Afghan forces foiled a bombing close to Kabul, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (October 31), citing security officials.
Troops defused a magnetic bomb in Chahar Asyab District, about 11km south of Kabul, before militants could use it, according to the Interior Ministry Criminal Investigation Department.
Officials did not disclose the likely target of the bombing.
