KANDAHAR -- A suicide attack in Kandahar Province killed a woman and wounded five other civilians Sunday (December 17), TOLOnews reported that day.
A suicide car bomber detonated his explosives near a convoy of international forces in Daman District at 2.00pm local time, said Gen. Abdul Raziq, provincial police chief.
Coalition forces reported no casualties, he said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but the attack bore the hallmarks of the Taliban.
