KABUL -- The National Directorate of Security (NDS) says its operatives have seized a vehicle packed with explosives in Kabul, according to the organisation's Facebook page Tuesday (February 6).
The vehicle contained at least 2 tonnes of explosives, said the NDS, adding, "The terrorists intended to transfer these explosives to Parwan Province ... to make suicide vests and roadside bombs."
