NANGARHAR -- The "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) beheaded two men in Nangarhar Province, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (February 20).
ISIS claimed responsibility for beheading the pair and published their photos on social media.
One man, identified as Zabit, had links with the Taliban, while the other, named Abdul Salaam, spied for Kabul, said ISIS.
The Taliban had no immediate comment.
