NANGARHAR -- Afghan security forces found another mass grave of civilians in Nangarhar Province whom the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) terrorist group is suspected of killing, Khaama Press reported Wednesday (February 21).
Security forces found at least 10 bodies in the Momand Dara area of Achin District, which was previously an ISIS stronghold, said Ataullah Khogyani, a spokesperson for the Nangarhar provincial governor.
Terrorists kidnapped the victims in Pacheragam District 15 months ago, Khogyani said.
The discovery came after authorities found the mass grave of nine hostages, allegedly held by ISIS, in Kot District, Nangarhar, Sunday (February 18).
