JAWZJAN -- "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) terrorists beheaded a 14-year-old boy accused of helping Afghan security forces in Jawzjan Province, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (April 17), citing local officials.
The incident took place in Darzab District, said Abdul Hafiz Khashi, chief of intelligence at provincial police headquarters.
The ISIS terrorists beheaded the child, who was identified as Rahimdad, because he was voluntarily bringing food and water to local security forces, Khashi said.
