Nangarhar authorities blame ISIS for 3 children killed by roadside bomb

NANGARHAR -- A roadside bombing Monday (June 4) killed at least three children in Nangarhar Province, the provincial governor's press office said in a statement.

The incident took place in Haska Mina District, and the children were between 12 and 13 years old, according to the statement.

No group claimed responsibility but local authorities blamed the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS).
