KABUL -- Police in Kabul foiled a potential bombing plot in the city, the provincial police said in a statement Wednesday (October 17).
The police discovered and defused two BM1 rockets Wednesday that were placed in Quli Lawang area of Paghman District and were ready to be launched on Kabul City, said the statement.
