KABUL -- A suicide bomber targeting a bus carrying the staff of Pul-e-Charkhi prison, Afghanistan's largest detention facility, killed at least 7 Afghans in Kabul Wednesday (October 31), officials said.
The "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) claimed responsibility on the messaging app Telegram.
The blast wounded another eight Afghans.
The attacker was on foot, said Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish.
