HERAT -- Afghan police discovered and foiled two potential roadside bomb plots in Pashtun Zarghun District, Herat Province, the Interior Ministry said in a statement Tuesday (November 6).
Enemies of peace and stability planted the bombs in the Mahajer Abad area, the statement said.
"The timely discovery of the explosives has foiled a terror attack and saved the city from ... [a] tragedy," the statement added.
