13 civilians in Ghazni killed by Taliban IEDs in past 10 days

GHAZNI -- At least 19 civilians were either killed or wounded in the past 10 days by Taliban roadside bombs in Ghazni Province, the provincial government press office said in a statement Tuesday (January 1).

Three separate bombs killed 13 civilians, including two women and two children, on the outskirts of Ghazni city, said the statement.

Another six civilians were wounded.
