JALALABAD -- A coalition air strike killed a senior member of "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) in Nangarhar Province, the provincial governor's press office said in a statement Friday (January 25).
The strike took place Thursday night (January 24) in the Aghzo area of Chaparhar District, said the statement.
Officials identified the ISIS member as Qari Naqibullah.
