LAGHMAN -- At least four members of "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) were killed in Kunar Province when the improved explosive device they were planting detonated prematurely, the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army said in a statement Monday (January 28).
The blast took place in the Glayegal area of Pech Dara District, said the statement, without specifying the date.
