KABUL -- National Directorate of Security (NDS) operatives arrested three members of the Haqqani Network in connection with two deadly bombings in Kabul city that left more than 150 dead, Khaama Press reported Sunday (February 10), citing a statement by the NDS.
The suspects confessed to their roles in planning and facilitating attacks near the Germany embassy in May 2017 and outside a British security company's compound last November, said the statement.
