KABUL -- National Directorate of Security (NDS) special forces arrested four members of the Taliban tasked with robberies and assassinations in Kabul, the NDS said in a statement Thursday (February 21).
The suspects confessed to their crimes, which included placing at least 70 magnetic bombs in the capital city, said the statement.
The Taliban did not immediately comment.
