LAGHMAN -- National Directorate of Security (NDS) special forces arrested three members of "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) in Kunar Province, the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army said in a statement Wednesday (April 3).
The operation took place in Chapa Dara District, the statement said, without providing further details on the timing.
Troops also seized weapons belonging to the militants, it said, adding that the arrests occurred without any shooting.
