KABUL -- Members of al-Qaeda have been spotted throughout Afghanistan, said Gen. Scott Miller, commander of the NATO-led Resolute Support Mission, according to a Tuesday (May 21) report by TOLOnews.
"We have seen al-Qaeda in Afghanistan," TOLOnews cited him as telling reporters in Kabul. "In different parts of Afghanistan, we can find them, so it's not one particular region, it's across the country."
