NANGARHAR -- A coalition air strike killed at least two members of "Islamic State of Iraq and Iraq" (ISIS) in Nangarhar Province, the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army said in a statement Sunday (June 23).
The strike hit the militants Saturday (June 22) morning in Khogyani District, said the statement. At least six other militants were wounded.
Weapons belonging to the militants were destroyed, the statement added.
