KABUL -- Afghan National Defence and Security Forces (ANDSF), supported by the Afghan air force, killed at least 48 Taliban militants in the past 24 hours in Logar Province, the Interior Ministry said in a statement on Monday (July 8).
The operations were carried out in the provincial capital of Pul-e-Alam and in Baraki Barak and Khoshi districts, the ministry said.
At least 10 other militants were wounded, it added.
