NANGARHAR -- Popular uprising forces in Nangarhar Province Monday (July 22) killed at least nine members of "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) terrorist group, the provincial government press office said in a statement.
The incident took place in Achin District, said the statement.
At least four members of the popular uprising forces were wounded, it added.
