KABUL -- Troops killed 36 Taliban members in Helmand Province and arrested two militant commanders in Samangan Province, Khaama Press reported Thursday (March 16).
The 36 Taliban were killed in air strikes, the Ministry of Defence said.
Troops captured a Jundullah bomb-maker and a Taliban commander separately in Samangan Province, said the Ministry of Interior.
