KAPISA -- Afghan forces detained three men accused of plotting to attack on a university in Kapisa, Khaama Press reported Thursday (August 10).
The trio was targeting Al-Beruni University in Hesa-e-Awal District, said provincial security chief Mohammad Masood Chahardara.
They had 100kg of explosives and two mortar shells when authorities arrested them, he added.
