Salaam Times

KABUL -- Kabul police foiled a potential bombing plot in the capital after the police discovered a magnetic bomb placed in a fuel tanker truck in the 9th police district, according to a police statement statement Wednesday (November 7).

The truck was carrying 30 tonnes of fuel and the militants were seeking to detonate it remotely, the statement said, without providing details on when police defused the bomb.
