KABUL -- Three Afghan civilians were killed and three children were injured recently in Paktika and Jawzjan provinces, media reported.
A roadside bomb in Khoshamand District, Paktika Province, on December 4 killed two women and a man, Ministry of Interior spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said, according to TOLO News.
Meanwhile, a recent mortar shell explosion in Qush Tepa District, Jawzjan Province, injured three children, provincial governor's spokesman Mohammad Reza Ghafoori said December 5, according to Pajhwok Afghan News.
