KABUL -- Security forces killed at least 63 militants nationwide in a 24-hour span, media reported.
Troops killed 53 militants in five provinces, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said, according to a Monday (March 20) TOLO News report.
An air strike Saturday (March 18) in Dand Patan District, Paktia Province, killed 10 Taliban members, Paktia Governor Zalmai Wisa said, according to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
