KABUL -- Security forces have captured four would-be foreign fighters in Ghor Province, Khaama Press reported Sunday (April 30).
The Pakistani and Kazakhstani nationals sought to join the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL) in Ghor Province, said provincial police chief Ghulam Mustafa Mohsini.
