JAWZJAN -- At least 20 "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) militants and six Afghan troops have been killed in two days of fighting in Darzab District, Jawzjan Province, said provincial police chief Rahmatullah Turkestani Wednesday (June 21), according to TOLO News.
Fighting broke out Monday (June 19) when ISIS militants stormed check-posts in Darzab, said Turkestani.
