KABUL -- The Afghan air force conducted 112 sorties in 15 provinces in a 24-hour span, said the Ministry of Defence, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (August 1).
According to the ministry, the air strikes, which were part of the on-going counter-terrorism operations, killed 103 militants.
