This man, Zahir Qadeer, is a very big thief. He may have arranged this program himself because these days a number of big corrupt (men) and criminals, such as Atta Mohammad, Zahir Qadeer, Ismail Khan, Abdur Rahim Ayoubi... are troubled by President Ghani. These thieves who have filled their pockets with the money looted from the nation should be detained, their money should be confiscated and they should be sent to jails.
