KABUL -- Afghan security forces foiled a potential bombing in Kabul Province, Khaama Press reported Wednesday (April 18), citing Interior Ministry officials.
Authorities discovered an improvised explosive device at the Qala-e-Jamil shrine in Chahar Asyab District, according to the Afghan National Police (ANP).
Personnel defused the bomb, added the ANP.
No militant group immediately commented.
