KUNAR -- Coalition air strikes killed at least 14 members of the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) in Kunar Province, the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army said in a statement Wednesday (September 26).
An air strike hit the militants' hideout in the Korengal area of Darah-Ye Pech District Tuesday (September 25), killing at least eight insurgents, said the statement.
In another incident on Tuesday, an air strike targeted ISIS militants in the Dewagal Valley, Sawkai District, killing at least six of them, it added.
