LAGHMAN -- Coalition air strikes killed at least five members of the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) in Nangarhar Province, the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army said in a statement Wednesday (January 23).
Three ISIS militants were killed in an air strike in Achin District while two others were killed in a separate strike in Khogyani District on Tuesday (January 22), said the statement.
The news came after aerial attacks by coalition forces killed four ISIS members early this week in Haska Mina and Achin districts, Nangarhar Province.
