KUNAR, Afghanistan -- At least 15 terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda, the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL) and Lashkar-e-Taiba, are active in Kunar Province, said Governor Wahidullah Kamilzai Tuesday (March 14), according to TOLO News.
Local residents are urging the government to take action against the militants, TOLO News reported.
