KABUL -- The Afghan National Defence and Security Forces prevented a tragedy in Parwan Province by seizing a tonne of explosives in Sayad village, Khaama Press reported Sunday (April 30).
Special forces acted on an intelligence report in making the seizure, the Ministry of Interior said in a statement.
