JALALABAD -- The special forces of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) Sunday (July 1) arrested at least three alleged members of the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) in Nangarhar Province, said the provincial governor's media office in a statement.
The suspects were arrested during an operation in Behsud District, said the Monday (July 2) statement.
The arrests came a day after an ISIS suicide bomber killed at least 19 people and wounded 21 others in Jalalabad, the provincial capital.
