HERAT -- A magnetic bomb attached to a car killed one civilian and wounded six others in Herat city Wednesday (August 29), TOLOnews reported.
The explosion occurred in the evening near the house of a senior Afghan National Army officer, said an eyewitness.
Nobody immediately claimed responsibility.
