PUL-I-ALAM, Afghanistan -- National Directorate of Security (NDS) personnel killed five Taliban and a school teacher serving as their facilitator in a gun battle in Mohammad Agha District, Logar Province, an official said Sunday (March 5).
NDS agents acting on a tip raided the house of a girls' school instructor Saturday (March 4), district chief Naseer Ahmad Amin told Pajhwok Afghan News.
In the ensuing gun battle, the militants and the teacher were killed, said Amin.
