KABUL -- Taliban militants Monday (March 13) in Obe District, Herat Province, amputated the hand and foot of an accused robber, Khaama Press reported Tuesday (March 14), quoting provincial governor's spokesman Jilani Farad.
The Taliban held the man for a month before he was convicted of robbery in an open court organized by the Taliban, said Farhad.
