LAGHMAN -- Afghan troops killed two Taliban leaders in Laghman Province and launched a clearing operation in Kunduz city, media reported Tuesday (March 28).
Combined forces Tuesday launched Operation Pamir 2 in the Zarkharid and Bagh-e-Sherkat areas of Kunduz city, the 303rd Pamir Police Zone press office said in a statement, according to TOLO News.
Security forces in Laghman Province Monday (March 27) killed a senior Taliban leader and a Taliban shadow district governor, confirmed the provincial government, according to a Tuesday report by Khaama Press.
