Parwan Ulema Council chairman killed, 8 students wounded by bomb

CHARIKAR -- An explosion Tuesday (May 9) inside a seminary in Charikar, Parwan Province, killed provincial Ulema Council chairman Mawlavi Abdul Rahim Shah Hanafi and wounded eight students, TOLO News reported.

The bomb reportedly was hidden under the scholar's seat.
