KABUL -- Three former officials of the Urban Development and Housing Ministry Tuesday (June 20) received sentences ranging from 7 to 20 years for corruption, reported TOLO News.
An anti-corruption court handed down 20-year sentences and fines of 86 million AFN ($1.3 million) to Mohammad Qane and Sayed Amanullah Sadat.
Mohammad Bakhtyar Nawaz received a seven-year sentence and a 440,000-AFN ($6,459) fine.
