KABUL -- Afghanistan and Pakistan plan to exchange delegations soon to form a joint counter-insurgency strategy, confirmed the Afghan presidential palace Tuesday June 27, according to TOLO News.
An Afghan delegation is expected to visit Pakistan and vice versa.
Shah Hussain Murtazawi, a spokesman for President Ashraf Ghani, confirmed the coming talks but gave no further details. He expressed hope that the delegations will produce effective steps against terrorism.
