JAWZJAN -- "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) militants in Jawzjan Province killed three of their own members whom they accused of spying, Khaama Press reported Sunday (July 23).
ISIS killed the three men in Qush Tepa District for alleged ties to the Afghan government, said the provincial government.
