PAKTIKA -- Afghan troops killed 66 Taliban militants in combat in Paktika Province, said government officials Tuesday (August 1), according to Pajhwok Afghan News.
In fighting in Sarobi District, troops destroyed 22 combined militant vehicles and motorcycles, according to the Ministry of Interior.
A Taliban rocket hit a house in Shahr-e-Safa District, Zabul Province, Monday (July 31), killing a girl, reported Pajhwok Afghan News.
